Today we officially mark the launch of St Helen’s House, our new flagship workspace set over 15,000 sqft across 3 floors. With its timeless architectural features, St Helen’s House is a testament to Derby’s rich history.
Built in 1767, St Helen’s House has gone through many significant changes, from a private residence to an educational establishment, to being used as a base creating maps for the Allied Forces during WWII. Now redeveloped into flexible workspace, St Helen’s House is ready for its next chapter as the home for new and established business professionals across the Midlands.
We’ve got an impressive roster of workspace occupiers already onboard and we can’t wait to see St Helen’s House once again become a powerful, bustling landmark in the city.
